This is a sav ive been looking forward to reviewing, basically because i know that this takeaway is tip-top quality. When i got my lunch today i thankfully was not let down, this sav was everything a battered sav should be - there is not a thing i could do to possibly make this sav any better. Some fussy sav eaters might say that the batter is too uneven, but to me that doesnt get any points deducted as i've mentioned in previous reviews i like a little sav exposed because it gives a little crisp bit of sav which i'm quite partial to. In a lot of my rants i say "Give me more flavour" and im sure some of you are wondering "will this man's hunger for flavour ever be satisfied" and im glad to say that today, it was. This saveloy was absolutly jam packed with that delicious spicey pork flavour that i have come to love. This sav was i am glad to say the perfect sav - i will be within 10km of mama ria's for lunch tomorrow so i will definatly be dining there for lunch, and possibly the day after that. One thing to note is, and this might make me change the text on the splash page, this sav was cooked by an asian, and not too old either - maybe greeks dont make the best savs?. Mama Ria - Thankyou for bringing us this cullinary masterpiece i only award you a 10 because i can't go higher - Congratulations.
