As they say, a true greek does not believe in the tomato, but the salt and/or oil, and the wise wise old man of Fisher blew us away with his sav ideology. As soon as he handed over some of the crispiest savs I've seen, he departed with us this gem, obviously passed through from generation to generation of takeaway vendor in his family; "you don't want sauce - it'll spoil it, this very nice". I believe that the Fisher Take Away Food shop should be labeled as the official takeaway vendor of 'say no to sauce on savs day'. This lovely old man displayed his true wisdom and his skill in his trade with this delicious sav, his savaloy unfortunatly was not representative of his skill, being of megre flavour, but not able to drag this wonderful snack down - 8.2
