OK, so I've had a sav from here before, but I really can't remember what it was like so i'll review it on this one dining experience, and just but this sav's taste I can guess the conversation that went on in the kitchen when cooking this sav...
Cook1: Whoops, i just spilled all of India's spices on this sav
Cook2: It's OK I'll brush them off with this giant stick of butter
Cook1: Whoa! you just dropped that giant slab of butter on the sav
Cook2: Ahh well, the damage is done - lets just serve it like that
Yes, that right - this sav tasted like spice and butter - like a WHOLE BUNCH of spice and butter. not the good kind - the kind that makes a sav taste horrible. Granted it was probebly just residual taste from something else in the vat, but the flavour i was tasting definatly wasnt sav... I give this sav a 5 because it was hot and relitivly big, but a tip for the future; clean out your vats every so often...
